Maygrove Estates is a member of National Landlord Association and also complies with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme legislation providing landlords and tenants with an assurance that they will receive the highest level of customer service.
3. Reference check
Before signing the Tenancy agreement we will carry out thorough reference checks to ensure the applicant is acceptable and meets our requirements.
4. Registering the Deposit Scheme
After the tenancy agreement has been signed by the new tenant we will collect the first months rent and deposit on your behalf and will register the deposit through an authorised deposit Scheme agency.
